Our Operational departments are responsible for ensuring safety and great customer service across all our sites, with roles including drivers, site based operational colleagues, supervisors and managers we have a role for everyone!
Within operations, our logistics team use class-leading systems to schedule and control deliveries from our head office in Leicester to ensure our customers get what they need, when they need it.
With Safety at the forefront of our minds, we aim to get gas to our customers when they need it- efficiently and with excellent customer service every time.

Site Managers
Our site managers roles are really varied, from ensuring their site is running safely and is compliant to our policies and practices to managing a team of colleagues in all aspects of people management.
No two days are ever the same and that’s why we are looking for natural leaders with excellent people skills, as a site manager you will be continually motivating your team to deliver excellent customer service and do a great job every day, whilst developing them in line with their role and personal aspirations.

Distribution & Fulfilment Coordinators
Our distribution and fulfilment coordinators based within our logistics team at our busy head office, are responsible for planning the movements of our LPG stock from the refinery to one of our many sites across the country and then on to our customers’ homes and businesses. They continually ensure that our customers’ needs are met, working closely with our customer experience centre to make sure that our customers are never without supply.
Working in partnership with our sites across the country, our dedicated team of coordinators ensure that our routes are achievable and that our drivers and vehicles are optimised to deliver the highest standard of customer service whilst ensuring costs are controlled.
Drivers
Our drivers are out every day delivering gas to our customers to keep their homes and businesses warm. Visiting thousands of customers means our drivers are often the only Flogas colleagues that they meet and rely upon to keep their homes and businesses running throughout the year.
Delivering excellent customer service to every customer you meet is what makes our drivers stand out. Being out on the road means that you will work with minimum supervision but your team back at the site will always be there to support you and work together.
We have a team of driver assessors across the country who are there to support our drivers training needs, ensuring they have all the skills and experience they need to do a great job.
